Main Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our organisation. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth journey from the moment they interact with TeamSport. This fast-paced and exciting position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a level-headed approach.
Key Duties:
- Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, providing information on karting availability and assisting with bookings.
- Respond to sales enquiries via email and live chat, delivering the same level of service as provided on calls.
- Proactively make outgoing calls to quickly resolve customer enquiries or issues (no cold calling involved).
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as payment reconciliation, call logging, and system updates.
- Collaborate with our track teams to ensure smooth event operations and effective diary management.
- Work within the designated shift patterns, including weekends, to ensure phone lines are covered during operating hours.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience and the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
